What a featured plan never changes
- Your facts. We only publish prices and rules from your own website, each with a source link and the date checked — featured or not.
- Price order. Price comparison tables are always sorted by price. Featured placement applies to region pages, city overviews and (Christmas plans) the Christmas tracker.
- Labels. Every paid placement is marked "Featured".
How it works
- Choose your plan and sign up on our secure Shopify checkout (you create your details there; card details are handled by Shopify, never by this site).
- After payment we email you for your listing details (business name, region, services, prices, photo, booking link) and confirm your spot.
- Go live. Featured placement goes live once we've confirmed your details; we aim to publish within 2 business days of receiving them. You must own the rights to any photo you send.
Free Basic needs no payment and no checkout: email us your details.
Questions
How do I sign up and pay?
Press the "Sign up and pay" button for your plan. You sign up and pay in one step on our secure Shopify checkout on our publisher's shop, pethumanizationempire.com: you enter your details there, and card details are handled by Shopify, never by this site. After payment we email you for your listing details (business name, region, services, prices, photo and booking link) and confirm your spot. Featured placement goes live once we've confirmed your details. Free Basic needs no payment: just email us your business name, region and published prices.
Is GST charged?
No. Pet Humanization Empire (ABN 20 235 092 068) is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If that changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change applies to you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled. To change or cancel, email info@pethumanizationempire.com. Monthly placements run to the end of the month you have paid for. The Season Pass is a one-off payment with no renewal. Cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free: $290 a year for Featured Region and $490 a year for Featured Region + Christmas. You pay for the year upfront when you sign up on the Shopify checkout, and the plan renews yearly until cancelled.
Does paying change what you say about my business?
No. We never change your published prices, rules or Christmas status because of payment, and price comparison tables stay in price order. Featured placements are always labelled "Featured".
How many businesses can be featured?
A maximum of two per region. If your region already has two featured businesses when you sign up, we email you and offer a waiting-list spot or a refund under our listing terms.
What is the founding partner price lock?
The first 10 businesses to start a paid plan keep that plan's price for 12 months from their start date, even if our prices go up.
Do you guarantee enquiries or bookings?
No. We do not guarantee any number of visitors, enquiries or bookings. Featured plans give you a more prominent, labelled position on the pages pet owners use to compare.

- PetStayAdvisor: listing fee of $49.95 (excl. GST) per year for kennel, cattery, pet-sitting or day-care listings.
